Scolari taking over Manchester City

A big story in the English press today is the story of Luiz Felipe Scolari aka Big Phil. They claim that he wants to take over another club after he was sacked by Chelsea earlier this week. And of course, Manchester City is there to sign him.

Manchester City FC has been looking for another manager for a long time (according to them), but haven’t been able to find a good replacement for Mark Hughes. However, Scolari could be the man for the job.

When Scolari joined Chelsea, he just wanted Abramovich to buy him two players — Deco and Robinho. He brought in Deco, but failed to sign Robinho. However, Manchester City signed Robinho, and since Big Phil is his admirer, he could end up joining MC.
