West Bromwich Albion win against Manchester City has delighted Appleton

Michael Appleton of West Bromwich Albion has become very happy after his team defeated Manchester City in the League Cup by 2-1. Jo scored first goal for the City during the first half but West Bromwich came from behind scoring two goals in the second half in a span of two minutes to make a place for them in the fourth round of the competition.

The players at home side was one which was anticipated by Roberto Mancini making changes to his team which gave the young players a chance to play in the match. Appleton said it was a good result after making so many changes in the team everything went positive.

Appleton also said Manchester City face Chelsea on Saturday which made us the second team in their mind. The team still had an experienced players like cavalry who was sent at the end of the game, but West Bromwich did well to win, he added.
