Roque Santa Cruz still hopes to join Lazio

Roque Santa Cruz, Manchester City striker has expressed his plan to get help from Lazio in transferring, after his anticipation of moving to the club went down during the last transfer session. The player is consistent about his future and expects to make a move to Rome if Lazio approaches the player which can happen in January.

The Paraguayan football striker said this after the report revealed it was Aquile coach Edy Reja who hold back. But the striker still wants to complete his desire to play in Serie A saying his dream was to go to Rome but everything failed at the end.

The player said, there is a lot of conversation about him moving to Italy but this may happen only next time as I don’t know what Lazio are planning to. I have been receiving a lot of offers but i am interested in Serie A as the Italian football attracts me a lot, he added.
